Personally to me, it seems like a lot of recent problems have been created from people over-reacting. Personally I really don't care if someone yells out map names during voting. Doing so probably doesn't even effect the way most people vote. Many of the topics being discussed most likely originate as jokes/trolls, so maybe if people would just play along and treat them that way, rather than freaking out and posting on the forums that would help too. I would appreciate it if everyone would just calm down about life. I belive that it would greatly reduce the amount of anger, reports, and problems we have had lately. Thanks! 
P.S. If the problem of /cr'ing for first blood persists, we might be able to add something that disables the use of that command till first blood is taken.
