*Saying that there are already too many staff members is not a germane or justified reason.

A justified and germane reason looks at the behavior and conduct of the Applicant.


A report will be given by each Staff member viewing the application in which his/her verdict will count as a +1 or -1.

Simple majority will determine the overall fate of the Applicant.

how can "too many staff members" not be a reason? there's a point where there is just TOO many. most of the times it doesn't matter on numbers, but rather how active the current staff members are. and, uh, every time I log in, there's one or two ops. so yeah.
