When teams are unbalanced, in terms of the skill level of players, I think a Team Scramble CMD would be useful in evening out the games for new players.

A VIP/OP would be able to Team Scramble with a simple CMD.
Guests would be able to Team Scramble with a vote (similar to RTV system).

Seems like someone has been playing a lot of TF2.

Mars, it's just an idea. Are you going to agree with it or not?
