Pretty self explanatory, this would be a section to post CTF-related recordings. I've been Frapsing a lot more, so I'd use it for sure, and I know Xenon just got his stream up too. Just trying to gauge interest; would anyone use this?
I would also record and fraps. I have a few friends who can compile and edit movies, so if such a thing was ever desired, let me know.
Creatoss, thecountispurple, and I actually made up this idea.

On this website, and/or skype, you would get a list of online players. Then you click one of the names and it basicly lets you see their screen while playing minecraft. You only see the play screen of who is playing, so if you are using a type of browser that is private, let it be so.

You also at the bottom of your screen have a chat box, such as we do on the website chat included. You can watch through the eyes of one person playing, and when that person disconnects, it sends you back to the screen of names.

This would help ops if they didn't want to join directly, and then they can see if someone is hacking by watching what they see.
One thing I considered was using this to make a Minecraft client for the server that would run in your browser, so you don't even have to download anything. It would be a fun coding project if I could figure out how to actually use that library...
Alright I just have to say this. I'm sure the intention is good and all, but this is getting really freaky. I mean, this got nsa written all over it. If an op is too lazy to join directly (which I doubt) perhaps he/she should step down and let someone else take over. With that said, even if alot of people would want it, I'm pretty sure it would be a pain in the butt to make it happen. Considering that people use different clients and that you would have to basically record their screen. But then again, I'm no pro in this matter.
Well, technically it's just a skype call from this website and you watch what a player is doing.

Some people aren't able to physically get on minecraft or use their own clients due to firewalls and all that other crap. If any other school's firewall is like mine, this website is allowed.
It doesn't sound that hard to implement. I have the IP address of everyone that's connected to the server so streaming their game would be simple. The NSA has an API that provides access to anyone's computer screen knowing only their IP address, and I'm pretty sure my contact there would allow me to access it. From there it would be a simple matter of finding the minecraft window on the screen and making it visible on this website.

The NSA API has plenty of other uses as well. I could aggregate everyone's messages from skype, facebook and everywhere else and display them on the server logs page, and also automatically demote any ops that play on other servers more than this one. The possibilities are endless!
I personally think that Maxi's idea would help. However it is infringing on their privacy, and I don't think that's such a good idea.
Since it wouldnt show anything but their minecraft in game screen, it wouldn't really show their personal stuff. If anything, disallow seeing /pm's.

@Jacob_ personally, I only go on other mc classic servers when there is noone on ctf. Other than that, it's usually me myself and I at my own server that nobody else can join.

That was sarcasm if anyone didn't notice somehow. This is practically impossible to code. :P
