Forming a Team Build. - Smedgies - 01-20-2021

Generally, before the game starts during a tournament you are given 10 seconds. Use this time to discuss a build, A common mistake that happens in CTF Is if the players aren't playing together, E.G The pushes are inaccurate and irregular.

In this post, I'll be telling you how to form a team builds.

Note: This post is not as useful in random games as it is in tournaments.

First thing first we're gonna need the defense, A Basic CTF Game should have 4v4 Not Including Subs, 1 Person should stay and delay any pushes from rushing, another person should be a mid-player mainly he should eliminate any person pressuring the defender, Meanwhile, the last two should be pushing the other teams flag. When the flag is captured, the other who didn't capture it should distract the enemies by holding the flag like you're camping. This person mustn't die as that would die out the strategy strength.

Talking about defending, If someone is using this Strategy against you don't worry its possible to counter, its simple pressure them as they rush so they don't get a chance to capture, after so if you kill them the mid-winger on your team should push with the two attackers, the defense of the other team will buffer up leading to a halt in the rush.

Mine placement.

Mines are useful during rushes, try to get the mine in the corner blended in with the room. Don't put them by the direct sides of the door or they'll be easily blown up. mushrooms and plants could also be used to prevent TNT/block placement on them

Likewise, I stated that this isn't much usable during Public/Random Games.

Good luck at the tournament to you all!
