Reference (at least 1 needed): its been a previous one but i think he still will , its Diamond_Cake.
Do you have any experience as Op on other servers?:Yes, i do right now i am taking care of 2 servers PartyCraft, Im admin there , the other one im an uber-op in buildingCraft , Op in park's server freebuild and a Co-owner from an old server Maximumride had , named "Foraxic" but was shutted down.
Why do you think you should be op?: As you can see what i answered in the 2rd question can also be a reason for the fact someone had trusted me to be a Co-owner,admin,uber-op,op , and Ive been playing in Jacob's ctf server and until now still not banned and those 3 years were sure enough to make me know the proper ctf rules,(ive been a fan of ctf mostly) i cheer people up when needed i also train them , warn people when they're doing something not good and ive been taking care of this past 4 servers for 1 year now so im happy , I can be a deserving ,trustable,and loyal op.

Well, Cake wasn't a op at the time when he ended up quitting CTF in general so... I don't really know if the reference counts, but I think Jacob isn't really looking for anymore Op's as of right now, As of now I am somewhere in the neutral zone about getting op regarding the old reference though. Good luck... I guess.

No, the point is that it's a giant explosion, so you can take out a lot of enemies at the same time (good for taking the flag) but the downside is that it also kills teammates.
