You don't spawn anywhere in the map, but there are a lot of places you could spawn. It will be more than 8 so the other team couldn't possibly camp all the spawns.
The rule against spawn killing probably won't be enforceable though, since with all of the spawn locations it's impossible for someone to know if someone else just spawned or not. If it's still a problem, I can probably fix it by ranking each spawn by the number of enemy players nearby and respawning people at the safest ones. So if there are 12 locations and 8 of them get camped at the same time somehow, players on the other team will only respawn at the remaining 4.

There will be a huge grand unveiling. Then they will take it away again. They after 4 months, it will be unveiled for the final and 4th time.

No, the will set a schedule for a unveiling, then postpone it indefinitely for 9 months before releasing news that they are improving it. Then no one will hear from them for approximately 3 more months, after which they will set an unveiling date exactly 2 months and 18 days from the time of the announcement, but 3 days before the unveil, they postpone it indefinitely again.
