You could just reload the map for the client when they spec or join a team.

That sounds like it would get annoying and waste bandwidth.

I've experience a similar thing on another server; it is a zombie survival and when this command is entered, the map reloads and the names of the zombies are shown. I can say that the map loads pretty quick and it's not annoying at all (unless your computer is trash).

Bandwidth is an issue though. The server already seems to lag.
