Well, I did saw a Old topic about this... I've decided to bring it back up...
So, about Bounties...
Any player can place bounties on another player, but only "one" player in order to prevent spamming and such against players... such as the example before your very eyes...
Scenario:
Player A spam /bounty set Player B 1 (x10)
Player C types /bounties and sees the list full with Player B bounties...
Also... a bounty max and minimum can be placed if chosen to be put in...
Commands:
/bounties - to see which bounties are currently on...
/bounty set <player> <points> - to put a bounty on someone.

Gambling...
Yes, I know I'm crazy to suggest this... It may give some players opportunities to obtain more points, but maybe if possible players with less points depending on store points have better odds of winning. Let me explain real fast of how this may work... during every voting period and maybe during rounds people can buy a lottery ticket and at the end of every round 1 or 2 players can be chosen out of a random draw to receive a random amount of points, and others if they lose they just lose their money... all about Gambling and that's what it gives you sometimes...
Commands:
/gamble - displays on how the gambling system works...
/gamble enter - register yourself in the Gambling game with other players...
