When people apply for staff they mostly have to be in a part of this community for about 2-4 years. Also the owner choses and promotes some people of his choice that gets OP. I doubt that you would get a staff ranking because you speed hacked. You haven't even gain our trust yet and yet you only played on this server for 2 weeks now. 2 weeks is not enough. Besides we have about 15 op's and 8 VIPS, I think our community staff is okay for now. We definitely don't need any staff at the moment unless the owner changes his mind.
