Bebop is a form of Jazz characterized by a fast tempo, instrumental virtuosity and improvisation based on the combination of harmonic structure and occasional references to the melody. Bebop is considered a more modern form of jazz.

Though Gambit is referring to an anime called, "Cowboy Bebop", which uses a lot of Bebop songs.
