Comon sense vs rule?

I'm not quite sure what to call this, but there are multiple "common sense 'rules'" that aren't in the rules, such as,
1. Don't kill specs,
2. Don't yell out map-names during voting (this one has been cleared up),
3. Don't lag kill (still not sure how I should enforce this? Just (PM) the person and say, please don't?)
etc. I'm not quite sure weather to enforce these "rules".

Also sometimes specs are in the way.

Indeed. Personally I think specs should be invisible. And I believe that, that quote was said about lag-killing, not spec-killing, but it probably still applies just the same.

Jacob_ said he wasn't going to make specs invisible because sometimes they are in the way. And yes that quote was for lag killing.
