Do you have an experience as an operator on other servers?
I'm currently one of two administrators of New Blood, one of the most active communities within ClassiCube. We have two ClassiCube servers: Zombie Survival & Map Build, in addition to a Discord server which has over 500 verified members. At the time of writing I've assumed the role of administrator for over 2 years, and even longer in a staffing position.

Why do you think you should be an operator?
Although I recognise that there are disproportionately many operators given the number of players, not all are active and regularly join the server. Some have indicated that they're no longer particularly interested in being involved in competitive CTF. Hence, as someone who's interested in participating in, commentating in, and streaming CTF tournaments, I can be a helpful addition to the operator team.

To give an example of a situation where I could have helped out: Because many of the active operators were packed into MBVX and Schrodinger's Team in the most recent tournament, there was no third-person operator to oversee the match between those teams. This was an potential issue that Arvid and I could have encountered, where we would not be able to re-add someone to the match if they lost connection, or reset the game if we were going for that sort of overtime procedure.

Friendly and respectful: I hope others consider me a friendly member of the community. I avoid disrespectful or toxic language, and try to make new players feel welcome on the server. I understand that chat rules on this server are more lenient than on other servers, so I hope I don't come across as strict even though I staff on New Blood, but I'm not afraid to step in if someone crosses the line, for example with a "let's avoid making those types of comments" or even a mute if they persist. I'm also happy to cooperate and willing to learn - if I'm doing something poorly, don't be afraid to offer constructive criticism.

Care for the community: CTF is in fact the primary reason why I found ClassiCube in the first place, as it was practically the only game mode I played on the original Minecraft Classic website. It's a fun game mode, which is why I care about keeping it active. To show for this, I've posted a list of suggestions in the past, some of which have now been addressed!

Contributed to tournaments: I try to promote participation in CTF tournaments; in each of the most recent two tournaments I've formed and captained a team so that the tournament has an additional competing team. In the most recent tournament, I've commentated some of the games that I wasn't playing in. I can't say that I'm a good commentator, but I'd be interested in commentating again in the future if the organisers will have me!

Extensive staffing experience: As an administrator, I have extensive experience regarding a broad range of responsibilities, including:
- Handling rule-breaking incidents and defusing tense situations; knowing when to hand out punishments according to a server's set of rules and guidelines.
- Mentoring junior staff; answering their questions; training them to become better members of staff.
- Handling map submissions; giving positive yet critical responses as to how map authors can improve their maps without being disrespectful in any way.

Future plans: I'd like to help out with drafts or scrimmages, and only operators can turn on tournament mode and move players onto teams. I believe these sorts of events can go a long way in helping the server remain active. An event I have in mind, in the same vein as something we host on New Blood, is a CTF awards ceremony to celebrate the server's anniversary, where members of the community could vote for the best player, the most improved player, the best map, among others. I'm open to discussion regarding this, if there's interest. I'm also very happy to cooperate with other operators in improving the community in any way.

As a final note, I've noticed that many new players have come over from New Blood. I could help to bridge the two communities - most recently I plugged the tournament in the New Blood Discord.

Why do you think you should be op?: The reasons why I think I should become op is because I enjoy chatting and playing with the CTF community and desire to make sure that the community remains safe . I am a fair player that shows mercy to new players when they join to hopefully encourage them to stay and continue playing. As for enforcing the rules, I am just to give each player that breaks a rule the proper punishment they deserve rather it's a warning, a mute. or in a drastic case a ban if the player's behavior suggest that I would have to take into that action. As for availability, I am in the Eastern time zone and for the most part I'm an active player and this is one of my main games that I give the most time to. Do you have any experience as Op on other servers? (If so what server(s)?): Not on Classic Sharp. But I have been on The newer mine craft. The server was Realm Craft and I was Co-Owner. I do know my way around things but im still a little new on the commands in classicsharp. 
Why do you think you should be staff?: I want to help people when they need to. I love helping in anyway I can. I don't back down from a challenge unless I am forced to. Classic sharp slowly became my favorite game on pc. When i joined the server i was given a way welcome to the server. And that is what made me love this server. I love meeting new people and helping them would be a lot better Big Grin
Why should we pick you over others?: I am a regular on the map build and have loved this server on first join. I put a lot of effort in my builds and I want to be part of the map build family.

I've also owned my own Lava Survival Server in the past so know all the requirements, and benefits. I know when/when not to use a specific command. I feel as if I can get a staff position on another server but just haven't had the time to fill out any other applications.

Why do you think you should be staff?: First reason, is because I'm active. Not just on the Freebuild server but also on the Capture the Flag Server. Second reason, I know the requirements, and usually whenever a staff member isn't on the Freebuild server and we have several other lower ranks I will usually stay on the server just so I can answer questions and reviews. Also, I can be active on the forums. Forums is a big part of both servers, that's how we receive and answer applications, ban requests, ect.. I'm active on Social Media's - mainly Twitter. I also know what to do when approaching someone who greifs, mocks, and is rude to other players.

Why should we pick you over others?: First let me say, no one is perfect. One thing I do is if I make a mistake, I learn from my mistakes and wont make those same mistakes again, atleast I try not to. Which some people never learn from their mistakes (no one specific). I'm very active, on both the CTF Server and the Freebuild Server. I know building requirements for each rank, and what is needed and not needed. I'm progressing in C# so I may start to make commands for the server. I know basic commands, to make a map, and with that skill I can teach players how to use the /os command. If someone is wanting to make a CTF map, I can create one for them and explain to them how to submit their map.

What kind of staff would you be?: I wouldn't be strict. Reason being, its summer. Its time to take a chill pill and take a break from being strict. I want all of the players that join our server to enjoy their stay and have fun. I'm an enthusiastic staff and enjoy building and just having fun socializing around the server and meeting new people. The only time I'd get mad/strict is when someone will not leave other players alone or bypass a ban, which you may think "what if they do?". I don't abuse my power AT ALL. The only time I'd use my authority is if something really serious happens concerning the benefits of another player or how which one is acting.

I did indeed, start off at Acheron CTF with a lot of other people, then came around to Jacob_'s CTF. How active will you be? I can be pretty active, during the summer I will be on almost daily, depends on my work schedule which is currently on Monday's Tuesday's and Thursday's. Yes a lot and in a variety of them: Premium and Classic. I know how most if not all situations are to be handled and what is necessary to be a good staff which grows in a good community.

Why do you think you should be op?:
I am well aware of there currently being a lot of OPs on our server. However they reside (for the majority) in very close timezones between them. As a player on this server I've assured activity at all moments whatever the timezones of a person and have noticed a surprising amount of players online at different moments. As well as being very capable of handling a lot of issues I assure this in a very vast time range which would surely prove to help the server to a larger extent; that is the main reason for which I should be op.
Of course I won't neglect the other reasons: people seem to trust me as an individual which is essential to being staff. Consequently, with the capabilities of an OP I will strive to enforce the server rules at a higher degree all while maintaining a joyful environment.

I also owned a few classic servers including one called Wolves Revenge v2, and I became a DEV on a well known classic server Z II. Which went down because the original owner decided to lose the files. Long story short, I have had plenty of op experience including Owner experience.
Why do you think you should be op?: Well I know that there is plenty of people on this server that deserve OP a lot, but I believe I should also take a chance at the responsibility of being an Operator on Jacob_'s Custom CTF Server. I was quite busy these last few months due to school and honor rolls. But I am already on a lot more and am planning to dedicate lots of my time to being OP on this server. I also believe that I deserve this OP rank because I have made so many friends on this server and a lot of them are already OP and I would love to rise to the responsibility of being OP with my friends. And I have been with the server for a while, not nearly as long as a lot of the other players, but this is one of the servers that I have stayed with for longer than just a few months. And I think with my experience at being owner on multiple servers means that I can definitely be trusted and can maybe even help if needed with some things that come up with the server. I also know that if it came down to it, and if did do something wrong on the server I would own up to the mistakes I made and would try to make things better for the community as a whole. And just because I am 15 doesn't mean I cant be responsible. I have my moments where I am funny and play around with fellow players, but that isn't my whole personality. I can turn on serious mode quick if needed to and will see what I can do to help in any situation I witness.

Why do you think you should be staff? & Why should we pick you over others?:
I was actually staff until many people got demoted, me included. I was told to make a new application.
I think I would fit in the role as Operator because I do know the job very well since i began as Operator on Acheron. Many of you know me from there. Surely it was a long time ago, so i am lacking of few commands every now and then but i do know almost all of them.
I am a nice, friendly and mature person who can understand the people.
I also come from Europe as you know so I do have a diffrent Timezone, which can be used as advantage.

What kind of staff would you be?: As i told you i would be a nice, friendly and most important: a mature staff who can understand the feelings on the one side and on the other side a consequent one.
Are you a regular on the CTF server?: Yes
How active will you be?: I am actually active, i guess i could raise the activity a bit more
What is your current rank? Moderator
