2 suggestions that I have

Just out of curiosity, why do the ranks no get reset each year or so? I reckon if it was reset every year it could bring more competition/competitive game play and maybe attract more players as well. However I do realise that there isn't as much players now as there was before, but it's only an option.

Because the leaderboards contain so many players. And plus people have played long hours to get to the top.

Also, these rankings have little to no effect on actual skill/gameplay.
At this point in time, i suspect you are the only person who actively cares about them.

I'm only saying it brings more competitiveness that usually does intrigue others to play, but if it's such a 'big deal' then it doesn't matter.

Come to think of it, it isn't a bad idea.
It doesn't matter to me personally, but perhaps giving some sort of monthly leaderboards in addition to the current all time leaderboards would not be a bad idea to add a little spice. That way classic gets his reset of leaderboards, and y'all who logged long hours to reach the spot you're at now still have that swag factor.

Compromise, anyone?

Classic is right, humanity is defined by the unholy emphasis they place in insignificant numbers. We should add more intrinsically useless flashy values, like ranks for amount of times you crash, or a scoreboard for your fps. Surely this will increase competition tenfold.


Also, I'm serious. Seriously. Ok, not really. But I'm totally serious about the not really.
