- Added operator commands: /warn [player] [message], /note [player] [message], /notes [player]
- Players who are dueling now have gold blocks over their head
- You can't pick up points while not on a team
- Fixed spectators being invisible after dying
- Spectators now spawn randomly at the red or blue spawn, instead of the middle of the map which is often impossible to get out of
- Unexpected errors are now logged and spammed in the chat, hopefully this will help stop the old "null stats" problem which is starting to come back again.
