Creatoss, thecountispurple, and I actually made up this idea.
On this website, and/or skype, you would get a list of online players. Then you click one of the names and it basicly lets you see their screen while playing minecraft. You only see the play screen of who is playing, so if you are using a type of browser that is private, let it be so.
You also at the bottom of your screen have a chat box, such as we do on the website chat included. You can watch through the eyes of one person playing, and when that person disconnects, it sends you back to the screen of names.
This would help ops if they didn't want to join directly, and then they can see if someone is hacking by watching what they see.
