There's a difference between a good long game and both teams having 0 captures for an hour, with no one ever getting near the flag.
I don't think it's related to mines, but poorly made maps. It's always happened on simple maps with few alternate paths, like compound and stadium, because there aren't that many opportunities for things to happen that change up the game. I remember one time there was a stalemate on subway so I started using the underground tunnel, since no one else was going that way, and got 2 captures by myself without any help.
I've tried to remove maps like those two but everyone QQs too much. Back to the topic of mines, the poll in the other thread is really close. I'll probably change it back to 2.
