We have nine Operators; that is a lot of high-ranking staff even for a sizable community like CTF. We have nine Operators, and yet, from what I can gather from Bkay's application, we don't have enough staff who are evenly monitoring the server at different times. We have nine Operators, and we couldn't get this right? On just what basis or criteria did we promote players to Operators to still have this problem?
For anyone who wants to say that Bkay never suggested or commented on the Operators being in relatively close time zones, these are Bkay's own words in the first two sentences of his 'Why do you think you should be op' paragraph: "I am well aware of there currently being a lot of OPs on our server. However[,] they reside in very close timezones between them."
Doesn't this bother anyone else that we have nine Operators--staff that we somehow ranked--and still we're reportedly having this problem? I'm sure that most of you trust Bkay--I know I do. If you trust Bkay, and this is coming from him, don't you see a problem?
