As for your point of first blood gives you 55 points and not 50, that is incorrect. It does give you 55, just the most common methods of getting the kill give you an extra 5. You can confirm this by getting first blood with a mine, you will only get 50 points since the mine does not award any extra points. What does everyone think of making some store items available from the start such as line or creeper but not more offense ones such as grenade or rocket.
Counter proposal??
Line - 1 point per block placed (/line would go as far as it can, /line 10 would make a line 10 blocks long)
Creeper - 10 points (You are killing yourself and it is very helpful for positioning, so I don't think there is too much of an issue with making it cheaper and spammable. It is a "defensive" item)
Grenade - 25 points (It's really spammy right now so I think it needs a slight nerf)
Rocket - 40 points (Also remove the proprety of it going through obsidian, otherwise 30 points is probably fine)
BigTNT - 10 points per tnt (This is the current price but you pay for 7 at once. I think it'd be better if you could buy however many you wanted at a time /bigtnt 10 would cost 100 but give you 100 tnts)
Maybe add a TNT buster TNT that cannot kill anyone, defuse mines, or kill blocks, except defuse other players TNT. This would be helpful for close quarters stalematey situations like Subway and can add an interesting new mechanic to the current meta. Maybe make it cost 5 points per?
As I mentioned earlier, I think it is nice to start with some points for some early game store items like line and creeper, so with the suggested changes, maybe start with 20 points?
Also it might be interesting to drop book cases around the map that give temporary power ups, maybe make you immune to the next mine you run into or a shield for one tnt explosion. And for a rare more powerful one, Genocide, if you kill someone on the enemy team, their whole team dies.
