Currently, CTF is a difficult game for beginners to grasp. Successfully placing and detonating TNT quickly is a complicated action done on a keyboard; it requires the muscle memory and comfort that new players do not have, and therefore, they are easily discouraged from playing. The use of hotkeys for detonating TNT gives the new player easier control over his TNT, thus enabling him to have a fighting chance against more experienced players. Then the new player will no longer be discouraged from playing because of this more comfortable method.
This does not "break" the game, since the nature of the use of TNT remains unchanged. All that hotkeys do is lower the skill level required to actually USE TNT. Of course, there are other factors in the use of TNT that still require experience, such as accuracy and distance, that the use of hotkeys does not affect.
In all cases, the prohibition of hotkeys would be very difficult to enforce, and it's impossible to accurately detect it using only eyesight.
As for the use of store items, a cooldown can be added to each of them.
CTF is an old game. Change isn't bad. CTF needs to have new ideas and concepts breathed into it once in a while.
Do you honestly know how annoying it is because I get killed by it in less than a second, and it seriously pisses me off.
