Welcome to Jacob_'s Minecraft Capture the Flag! We are one of the first Minecraft CTF servers and still add new features regularly.

This server is made for the original version of Minecraft (now called Classic) so it's completely free! Minecraft Classic is no longer updated, but a group of players and developers are now working on ClassiCube, an updated version with more features and better compatibility. To play on our server using ClassiCube, download the free client and search for Capture the Flag in the server list.

tbqh, I don't like TNT. It feels just... outrageous.

I catched up, however, with tagging, mines and /r tho.

Well killer you need something to balance people out because everybody runs the same speed. that's where tnt comes in.

The upper radius of TNT is 2, which is normal, but this does not take into account the feet. When one stands on a block with TNT directly below it, when the TNT explodes, that player is still alive when it seems and should be that he is within TNT range and dead. My suggestion for fixing this is to make the TNT's explosion radius in the Y directions 2.5, instead of 2, and shifted up by half a block.

One recent discovery by xnotx123, though, is that the detection range of mines is shifted just like the TNT's range was.

I just tested mines in the same way that I tested TNT and the range seems fine. If you walk diagonally towards a mine from any direction you always die at the same distance.

Some people like the new TNT range since it makes the side walkways on maps like desert and outpost more useful.
